Solskjaer: Pogba could play against Rochdale and ready for Arsenal
Man utd news update live:
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has indicated Paul Pogba will be in the Manchester United squad for the League Cup tie against Rochdale on Wednesday.
Pogba has been out since the 1-1 draw with Southampton on August 31 with an ankle injury, but is poised to return to build up his fitness ahead of the Premier League visit of Arsenal on Monday.
Solskjaer told the United website: "He'll probably get some minutes against Rochdale but we definitely think he's ready for Arsenal."
At the weekend, Solskjaer said of Pogba: "Hopefully he will be available for Rochdale midweek. He has just started training, it means we have named an unchanged team and sometimes that helps as well."
