Allegri taking English classes as he eyes Man United job (Guardian)
Man utd news update live:
Former Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri is reportedly taking English classes as he looks to make himself the standout candidate for the Manchester United job.
The Italian has been out of work since he left Juventus in the summer and has been one of the many names linked with the Old Trafford position as pressure continues to mount on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
And, according to The Guardian, Allegri has taken it upon himself to start English classes and is reportedly very interested in taking the Old Trafford position if it were to become available.
United are one of those and Allegri is said to be on a two or three-man shortlist of targets if the club are forced to look for a new manager.
It is also reported that Allegri would still want the United job even if the club fail to qualify for the Champions League again.
