UNITED V BOURNEMOUTH: THE ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

Manchester United will be hoping to extend our impressive unbeaten record when we welcome Bournemouth to Old Trafford on Saturday.

The Reds have not lost in 15 consecutive games in all competitions and three points against Eddie Howe’s Cherries would be a huge boost to our hopes of claiming a top-four spot.

However, Saturday’s match will certainly not be an easy affair, with Bournemouth currently battling for every available point in their efforts to avoid the drop.

It should be a fascinating encounter at the Theatre of Dreams, and we’ve rounded up all the need-to-know pre-match information.

WHICH TV CHANNEL IS IT ON?

The match will be broadcast live in the UK on BT Sport 1. MUTV subscribers can watch exclusive build-up in the Match Day Live show from 13:55 BST, followed by live commentary of the game itself. With fans unable to attend the matches, our Season Ticket Holders have been offered free access to MUTV Digital for two months and can watch exclusive post-match reaction, while the game will be shown again, in full, from 18:00 BST on Sunday.

CAN I GET A MATCH PROGRAMME?

Although the game will be played without any fans in the stadium, one central element of the matchday experience continues – the official programme. United Review will be published for all of our remaining home fixtures in 2019/20, and you can have every issue delivered direct to your home by placing an order via manutd.com/programme.

WHO IS THE REFEREE?

Mike Dean will take charge of proceedings on Saturday. The 51-year-old has overseen four of the Reds’ Premier League games this campaign, the most recent of which was our 2-0 victory over Manchester City in March. Dean will be assisted at Old Trafford by Simon Bennett and Darren Cann, while Anthony Taylor will assume the role of fourth official. From their Stockley Park base, Lee Mason and Adrian Holmes will be keeping a watchful eye on the VAR monitors.

RIVALS WATCH

As we enter the 33rd round of Premier League fixtures, the race for the remaining Champions League spots continues to intensify. At the same time as our fixture with Bournemouth, Leicester City host Crystal Palace, while fellow top-four contenders Wolverhampton Wanderers face Arsenal at 17:30 BST. Chelsea are in action later that night against Watford, while Burnley and Sheffield United lock horns at Turf Moor the following day. Tottenham Hotspur wrap everything up on Monday when they host Everton.
